About the Job
We are looking for a hands-on Sr. Systems Analyst who will assist in design and development of scalable and efficient software tools that support all aspects of our Treasury operations, with a primary focus on Asset Liability management and Funds Transfer Pricing. This role will be required to work closely with cross-functional teams and across organizations to gather requirements, define solutions, implement new tools and processes and provide ongoing support to these teams.
The ideal candidate will:
  • Good Hands-on Experience of 7+ yrs of working on configurations of various Calypso modules (w.r.t IBOR, Cash & Liquidity, Collateral Management, Credit & Counterparty Risk, Market Risk etc.)
  • Experience working with Calypso trade browser, blotter, Workbench etc.
  • Good understanding of underlying workings of Calypso w.r.t multiple message formats, Swift message interactions, Interface Customizations, usage of ActiveMQ/REST Interfaces for integration with multiple enterprise systems etc.
Once Here You Will:
  • Gather, define and prioritize business requirements and ensure those requirements are clearly translated into technical specifications
  • Directly engage with business and technical teams, product owners, stakeholders and various levels leadership throughout the company
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the underlying system processes and data structures that support Treasury functions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with team members and stakeholders
  • Work closely with the agile scrum teams and product owners to prioritize workflow
  • See the big picture but also navigate the details
  • Solve problems and provide support, taking responsibility to make decisions when appropriate
  • Provide crisp and well-understood directives and communication
  • Communicate on both technical and non-technical levels to all levels of staff and management
  • Track and manage dependencies across lines of business and platforms
  • Understand applications from a technical and business perspective
  • Convey potential risks to deadlines, data, security and project delivery
  • Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment and lead by example
What You’ll Bring:
  • Strong banking and financial services domain knowledge such as Treasury Management System, Asset Liability Management, Funds Transfer Pricing, Liquidity Risk Management and Stress Testing
  • Experience working with Market data feeds (Reuters, Bloomberg, etc.).
  • Financial system analyst having over 10 years of experience providing strategy, business development and technology implementation services to investment banks, broker/dealers, exchanges and clearing houses, hedge funds, investment/wealth management and trading organizations.
  • Financial Modeling including yield curve construction, pricing, Correlation Matrix, Volatility Surface, Stress Testing and VAR.
  • Experience addressing Regulatory & Compliance development – Dodd Frank, SOFR Migration, Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR), Liquidity Stress Testing
  • JIRA/Confluence
  • Experience implementing solutions using Agile/Kanban/Iterative delivery methodologies
  • Experience on reporting and analytics tool like Tableau.
