About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Project Analyst Intern to join our team! In this role, you will gain valuable experience in project management by assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of various projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with project planning, including creating timelines, identifying resources, and setting goals.
• Support project execution by coordinating tasks with team members and stakeholders.
• Maintain and update project documentation, such as timelines, status reports, and meeting minutes.
• Track project progress, identify potential risks, and report them to project managers.
• Prepare presentations and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Attend project meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items.
• Assist in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all project requirements.
• Provide administrative support to the project management team as needed.
• Monitor project performance and prepare Management Information System (MIS) reports upon request.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn new software and tools quickly.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
