Roles and Responsibilities
Experience Target
- 5+ years progressive experience within an IT development organization(s) preferred.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- At least three years experience with a 24×7 development/support organization desired.
Skills:
- Proficient with .NET languages including C#, Visual Basic.NET, Node.JS and .Net Core.
- Proficient with front-end development languages including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and Angular.
- Proficient with middleware tools like Web-Services, WCF Service, REST API, Web Api
- Proficient with databases like Oracle and MS-SQL
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Prioritization of workload.
- High level managerial skills.
Knowledge/Abilities:
- Ability to interact with wide variety of users and customers.
- Ability to deliver quality software in a timely manner with multiple tasks/projects in progress.
- Ability to continuously improve processes for repeatable efficiencies and auditability for compliant programs.
- Great collaborator with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Quality focused.
Additional Information :-
- Ability to perform programming, debugging, data analysis, system analysis, and quality assurance preferred
- Good understanding of the entire software development life cycle.
- Good communication Skills
- Shift timings 4pm 1am (Monday to Friday)
