As part of this team, you will work with any of our Slalom markets to help them sell and deliver solutions that help our clients to address their biggest ESG needs – leveraging data and technology capabilities. Working with other Slalom Data and Technology experts from our markets and global teams, you will help our clients improve the future with data.

What You’ll Do
As an ESG Data and Technology Senior Consultant within Slalom Emerge, you’ll help shape business, data and technology requirements for tracking Environmental and Social information, analyze existing data and design & implement new data and technology solutions to address these client needs.
Delivery
- Collaborate with business and technology users at our clients to define data, analytics and technology requirements related to their Environment and Social needs – with a particular emphasis on Environmental data
- Perform data analysis activities to understand source data contents, quality issues and gaps – to determine suitability to support the analytic needs
- Define designs for data collection, data transformations, data visualizations
- Provide inputs to overall solution architecture
- Provide guidance to project teams related to ESG specific concepts such as GHG calculations, carbon accounting, life cycle analysis, scope 3 data collection, energy analytics and forecasting, decarbonization scenario modeling
- Work with other data and technology architects and engineers to implement the appropriate solution
- Work with client to help them adopt the new solution
Practice Development & Sales Support
- Work with your team members to develop and enhance ESG offering materials
- Help build sales and delivery accelerators
- Assist with research into new ESG tools and platforms
- Provide SME support to sales pursuits and proposals
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years experience with activities such as data analysis, data warehousing, report development, and data modeling
- Experience with AI/ML and data science techniques preferred but not required
- Strong fundamentals with data analysis and data manipulation, which may include SQL
- Experience with the data and analytics capabilities of at least 1 of the cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP and Snowflake
- Experience with working within an Agile Development process
- Prior consulting experience preferred but not essential
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills to audiences of all business and technical levels
- Ability to balance the demands of multiple projects while pushing the intellectual envelope in search of solutions to complex problems
- Experience demonstrating breadth, creativity, and innovation
