The Role
The purpose of the role is to carry out an overall analysis of warehouse and Logistics operations from short-term and long-term perspectives. Drive methodical analysis of data to make contentious improvements to the supply chain system.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data
Research and provide insights to implement the most cost-efficient procedures and methods
Review and analyze gathered data to identify in-efficient areas in the supply chain processes and develop methods to improve
Create a performance report for management to Review
Industry benchmarking of various areas/Activities in warehousing and distribution (Efficiency/Costs)
MIS/Dashboards on daily/weekly/monthly giving visibility of performance against the defined SLAs
Liaison with businesses and Brands to know the season plans and analyze supply chain needs basis that.
Implement supply chain optimization projects coordination with SCM New projects team
DESIRED PERSONALITY :
Good communication skills verbal as well written (English)
Presentable personality
Previous experience in handling supply chain data analysis in warehousing and logistics
Good understanding of the overall retail supply chain
Experience working to improve all aspects of the supply chain by streamlining processes and good knowledge of inventory management
Quantitative analysis expertise
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Must have 2-6 years of relevant experience
Should be a Graduate. Preferably from the Industrial Engineering domain/MBA in operations
Must be proficient in MS office
