Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
The successful candidate will be a key part of the Business Development Team and will work on multiple assignments of strategic importance to the organization.
This individual must be comfortable operating on tactical levels and coordinate with internal and outsourced teams in an extremely fast paced environment with a high degree of ambiguity.
Key Roles Responsibilities:
Identification of new opportunities / business models for the Group
Creation of database for internal portfolio – identification of challenges, follow-up with stakeholders, ownership for resolution
Manage transaction deal flow, including ensuring that all relevant data and associated documents are tracked and kept updated.
Assist in implementation of relevant system of metrics to plan, manage, measure, and evaluate performance pertaining to the transaction process.
Effectively communicate expectations, requirements, and status of deals to key business partners both internal and external
Skills Qualification Required
Minimum 1 year experience in real estate industry, preferably from IPC.
Demonstrated experience using MS Office (excellent Excel skills) and CRM systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, including exceptional presentation skills.
