At WorkCtrl.Tech, we’re changing the office experience. As product ops, you’ll is the intersection of product (including product design), engineering, and customer success (CS). It exists to support the R&D team and their go-to-market counterparts to improve alignment, communication, and processes around product development, launch, and iteration. We’re looking for someone who can be the connecting tissue to our platform of products.

- Analytical/data-oriented – be pros at taking data and turning it into insights, as well as analysing information from multiple data sources and being able to identify what is the most impactful.
- Comfortable with systems – should be good at understanding and using (which often includes learning) a variety of tools in their day-to-day.
- Collaborative – someone who can be put into a group of people and make the whole group more collaborative.
- Communication – This includes written, verbal, and in-person presentations. The product ops role is going to be relaying information to many different teams, all the time.
- Business acumen – sound business judgement is an important foundational skill
- Since product ops aims to connect the product with a company’s business priorities, sound business judgement is an important foundational skill to look for.
- Product-oriented – Should have worked with product teams and able to learn the ins and outs of your product quickly).

What you’ll do:
- Take responsibility for coordinating delivery and staying on top of all workstreams
- Stay on top of sprint planning, releases, road maps, gap analysis.
- Coordinate and perform customer interviews, documenting feedback.
- Manage product stack
- Establish best practices internally
- Maintain data integrity, cleanliness, and organization
- Maintain clear documentation, staying on top of analytics
- Perform data analysis & provide data to stakeholders
- Break down MVPs, make quick competitor researches.
- Stay on top of new ideas & feature requests
- Streamline sequencing and implementation of MVPs
- Partner with other teams across the company
