We’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role you will assist in developing data models, reports/dashboards, and performance metrics models that support key business decisions related to Legal, Sales Engineering, Alliances, IT, Professional Services & Training, Operations and Compliance.

JOB DESCRIPTION :
  • Work closely with the business and corporate stakeholders to understand the use-cases and identify focus areas with the highest potential for impact.
  • Analyze and Interpret data to generate insights and translate them into actionable responses.
  • Prepare & deliver reports to executive leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns and highlight relevant risks using data.
  • Perform data quality testing and assurance as a part of designing, building and implementing scalable solutions.
  • Increase the adoption of data solutions by ensuring end user’s and expected audience’s requirements are effectively met.
  • Develop user friendly documentation to communicate the use and value of data.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED :
  • Keen interest in generating insights from the data & telling stories with that.
  • High levels of curiosity and eager enthusiasm for open-ended problems.
  • 4+ years experience doing data analysis or building a data product.
  • Advanced SQL skills, familiarity with common cloud databases.
  • Hands-on experience on BI solutions like Tableau, Thoughtspot, Looker etc.
  • Extensive experience with visualizations and understanding audiences.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining methods.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across various levels of management.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible/international hours as needed.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
  • Experience with data transformation tools such as DBT, Matillion, Pandas etc.
  • Experience with one or more of diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive analytics
  • Experience using AI & ML to supplement analytics.
  • Experience with Python and relevant analytics/ML libraries.
