Job Description

ATTN Candidates: We are looking for candidates that are within commuting distance to our Norwalk, CT executive office. This is a flexible hybrid remote role.

We are growing nationally, acquiring and servicing new members for solar farms in New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey and Maryland. Now they are applying their skill sets to clean energy, changing the world one utility account at a time.

Solomon Community Solar seeks a full-time marketing leader with broad general marketing experience, including engagement and acquisitions marketing, to work in our executive offices in Norwalk, CT, in the famed fintech and energy trading corridor of Fairfield County, one hour by train from New York City. We are growing and hiring during the Covid19 crisis, working from home until it’s safe to return to our offices in historic South Norwalk, 50 feet off trendy Washington Street.

You can expect:

· Process Enrollment data for multiple clients through daily data imports process, running of queries and macros and generation of daily summary reports.

· Continuously seek to streamline and automate current processes by improving database structure and ensuring all data is cleansed and standardized.

· Customize databases to meet each client’s needs bases on business rules.

· Implement automation of analytics for various clients using Power BI, including daily reports, dashboard creation and customized reports for respective clients.

· Develop data structure to enable tracking of acquisition data in the database to allow for easy analytics.

· Ability to identify issues that exist in the data and proactively correct data anomalies.

· Perform weekly audit process for all developers to ensure data integrity.

· Generate lists of records that require follow-up, in order to obtain missing or invalid data provided by customers. Collaborate with Fulfillment and Call Center teams to initiate outreach to customers and ensure databases are updated with corrected data received.

· Programming and creation of reports designed to meet the specifications of each client. Generate, summarize and disseminate reports that summarize key performance indicators in support of clients.

· Identify trends in data and communicate to leadership team in a timely manner. Collaborate with Marketing, Web, Fulfillment and Servicing teams to point out both positive and negative trends in data so business decisions can be made quickly and with agility.

· Respond to ad-hoc requests from the business as needed, for in depth analysis of enrollment data or to answer data related questions from stakeholder.

· Collaborate with Analytics and Marketing team to provide them with data required to make informed business decisions regarding campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree required in a business or technical field

· Minimum 5 years of experience in a Data Management Platform (DMP)

· Proficient in creating data pipelines to enable smooth data flow to database

· Proficient in data manipulation, cleansing and standardizing

· Proficient in Python, SQL / MySQL, Microsoft Access Database and Excel.

· Proficient with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred)

· Desire to work in a fast-paced, task-focused, team environment involving technical and non-technical individuals is essential

· Strong initiative and self-starting approach, and ability to operate effectively in an organizational climate of frequent change

· Excellent written and oral communication skills
