Job Description:
Job Summary
Supports Employee Experience (EX) by gathering and analyzing Employee-centric data from multiple source systems and synthesizing to allow for pattern identification, trending, and action-oriented decision making. Leads small to mid-size insights projects and initiatives independently or contributes to Employee insights needs on other Company projects and initiatives with the goal of driving engagement and improving the Culture of the Company. A passion for the Employee, operation, and airline industry is essential.
Responsibilities
Proactively learns EX tools and technologies (i.e., Qualtrics for building surveys and dashboards, OC Tanner reporting functionality) with the goal of delivering valuable insights
Partner with internal and external partners to diagnose and resolve technical issues as well as determine viable opportunities for improvement
Identify problems, perform root cause analysis, investigate information, perform impact analysis, and formulate and execute plans to develop solutions
Identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
Understand and can estimate effort and value for solutions for small-to-medium sized insights initiatives
Work with consultants to shape the insights that influence action or pinpoint areas needing more focus
Act as a coordination and facilitation point for organizing work efforts
Establish or follows prioritization process to drive work, and has a sense of urgency about getting work completed
Ensure regular and consistent communications take place
Work with project stakeholders to gain alignment, seek clarification, or move forward with execution
May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of business analysis, process modeling and redesign
Knowledge of technical environments
Skilled in partnering, communication, and negotiation skills in working with various Teams and/or external partners
Ability to work effectively in a strong Customer service/Team-oriented environment
Ability to research, create, and document requirements, processes, and technical specifications
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple and widely varied work streams/tasks
Ability to express ideas as well as business or technical requirements clearly and concisely in writing using appropriate levels of summary and synthesis
Education
Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
Intermediate-level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in:
Data and analytics
Quickly understanding and learning technology platforms
One or more Employee Experience disciplines (i.e., Awards & Recognition, EX Strategy & Delivery, Employee Insights)
Technical knowledge of data integration principles
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
Ability to perform work duties from limited space workstation/desk/office area for extended periods of time
Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
Limited travel with potential for increased/decreased travel based upon Department needs
