Job Description:
Southeast Toyota is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Parts Distribution Center (PDC) in Jacksonville, Florida. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be supporting teams across the Parts Distribution Centre with reporting, data analytics, and deriving actionable insight from various internal systems and data sources. You will be working directly with these teams to pull time sensitive information, merge together data from separate sources, and create dynamic on-demand reports and dashboards. This resource will also be instrumental in directing the way to innovation and efficiency gains through the use of the MS Power Platform tools and Citizen Development of no-code, low-code solutions. This position is best suited for a dynamic, self-starter who is comfortable sharing information and verbalizing ideas among all levels of associates. One who is an idea generator but also open to others input and opinions, in search of the best solution.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with key stakeholders to define, build and maintain data, reporting and dashboard requirements.
- Participate in business and executive meetings to gather requirements and make recommendations regarding reporting/BI solutions.
- Regularly strive to find innovative solutions for problems, issues, and inefficiencies with the PDC
- Use multiple Business Intelligence tools to extract and study data from multiple sources

Governance:
o Implement, oversee, and enforce PDC data standards and governance; train and guide associates as needed
o Set up and complete quality assurance testing of our reports, automated processes, and system changes
o Ensure quality documentation exists for all automated processes
o Maintain Report inventory - Triage incoming report requests and work with stakeholders to prioritize and process request in an efficient manner
- Be the Lead generator of recurring report schedules
- Handle Reporting and dashboard development
Job Requirements:
- A.A. Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and two years related experience or 5 years related experience and / or training equivalent.
- 1 – 3 years’ experience with SQL queries
- Atleast 6 months experience with the MS Power Platform suite of applications (BI, Apps, Automate, Query, DAX)
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- MS Power Platform Certification encouraged
- Carry industry knowledge of BI landscape
- Possess the ability to gather and compile business requirements
- Able and willing to effectively transfer knowledge to others
- Be confident in facilitating meetings
- Comfortable with presenting ideas at all levels including Senior Management
- Be highly organized with great attention to detail
- Comfortable working on multiple projects with shifting priorities
- Possess excellent verbal & written skills
- Must be Proficient in MS Office products
- Able to work effectively individually or as part of a team
- Be a self-directed, self-starter person, capable of working with minimal supervision and resourceful in finding answers or seeking assistance
- Experience in the automotive industry and warehouse/supply chain is a plus
