Job Detail:

The Data Support Analyst is responsible for supporting operational functions for data management and company software applications.

Responsibilities

Data Management & Support

  • Creation and maintenance of User permissions and security.
  • Provide continuing support and technical guidance for company software applications.
  • Produce and distribute monthly reports.
  • Assist with the creation of new reports and data analyzation as needed.

Implementation

  • Support new business implementations and migration set up, file layouts, data review, file loads, etc.
  • Create, test, and implement new workflow processes.
Qualifications

Education/Certification:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Basic understanding of MS Office.
  • Detail oriented, with high level of accuracy.
  • Strong dedication to follow-through on all tasks and assignments.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and vendor correspondence independently.
  • Strong interpretation to reports/data extracts in a variety of file layouts and ability to identify errors/issues.
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time operating a computer keyboard.
  • Ability to organize, set priorities, work independently and complete multiple projects within established deadlines.
  • Professional, client-focused approach to colleagues and assignments.
