Job Location: Grand Rapids, MI
- Designs, codes, configures, tests, debugs, deploys, documents, and maintains self-service reporting assets and Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) for the purpose of populating data warehouse assets and sending data outside of data warehouse assets.
- Translates and documents business program needs into a technical solution using visuals and creating data sources, metrics and automation.
- Provides analytics that can turn data into critical information in understanding a business problem
- Independently able to provide troubleshooting, maintenance, support, oversight, and technical guidance
- Possesses knowledge of workflows in multiple business areas to support data development, analytics and quality improvement activities
- Performs job-related duties in conformance with IS standards and may initiate new/improved standards
- Works with data engineers to verify that the data marts and model meets the use cases and aligns with strategic direction
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Required Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 2 years of relevant experience. 2 to 5 years in related field Required
- Advanced level skills in developing reports and dashboards using Tableau.
- Advanced level SQL skills are required
- Health care data experience is required
- Experience with Oracle and Toad
- Alteryx Designer or ELT tool like DBT
- Experience with cloud data platforms such as AWS and Snowflake.
- Experience with scripting languages such as R and Python (Preferred)
- Familiarity with project management workflow tracking software such as JIRA.
- Familiarity with Collibra
