Job Location: Stamford, CT
The Senior Marketing Manager, SMB Analytics and Marketing Strategy is a key member of the Small and Medium Business (SMB) Marketing Team. They develop data-driven insights to influence strategic initiatives that drive new customer acquisitions and increase customer relationships. They are tuned into the performance of each sales and marketing channel, and works with the SMB marketing team to ensure that drivers are optimized to maximize results. Additionally, they produce projections to assess future performance expectations and help mobilize plans to influence the trajectory. The Senior Manager will have have proven experience in reporting and analytics, developing actionable insights, and influencing change.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the analysis of campaign performance across all marketing tactics and channels. Versed in the drivers and success criteria for each tactic, and share learnings across teams.
Construct and assemble forecasts to establish performance targets. Identify and comprehend all drivers needed to achieve these results.
Develop dashboards and market level overviews to develop recommendations for new initiatives and programs.
Proficient communication skills. Oscillates communications to arm peers with detailed analysis to develop strategy, and provides executives with actionable insights.
Support the development of new marketing and business strategies through analyses of sales performance, market factors, and competitive factors.

- Advanced Excel including complex formulas, VLOOKUP tables, Pivot tables

Knowledge of cable television, high speed Internet and phone products and services
Experience with Marketing Automation (scoring models, dynamic content etc.)
