Highlights:

As a detail-oriented Business Process Analyst, you focus on improving the delivery of services and the associated business processes to meet the evolving needs of clients. You drive market growth through the development and documentation of process improvement initiatives that impact Enterprise Service Delivery and its cross-departmental partners. You have a keen ability for innovative thinking that you use to analyze data and identify opportunities to improve key performance indicators and increase business while enhancing the client experience.

You combine your analytical expertise with your understanding of company objectives to create strategy documents, project and operational status reports, projected work requests, policies and procedures and process flows. You maximize the impact of your initiatives by drafting documents tailored to specific internal audiences. You flourish in an office environment reviewing processes and providing consultation to business partners throughout the organization. You report to the Senior Manager of the Network Operations Center for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
  • Be a guiding member for the simplification and enhancement of the client experience through definition, documentation, implementation and tracking of process flows.
  • Ensure accurate and complete document processing by using appropriate tools, such as Microsoft Word and Visio.
  • Align business processes and rules to adjust documentation accordingly through regular interactions with cross-functional teams.
  • Enhance the client order flow by supporting all technical and procedural processes.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and communicate new information releases to appropriate audiences.
  • Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.

Required keys for success:
  • Previous experience in business operations analysis.
  • Experience in telecommunications.
  • Expert in business processes and project management.
  • Deadline-driven with a proven ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and define key performance metrics.
  • Confident when documenting, preparing and conducting data-driven presentations.
  • Track record of effectively making decisions, resolving issues and showing sound judgment while working under pressure to accomplish duties.
  • Advanced ability to define key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio.
  • Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

How you will stand out from the crowd:
  • Two or more years of business operations analysis experience.
  • Two or more years of telecommunications experience.
  • Experience with Prism and Salesforce.

Your education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience (required).
