JOB SUMMARY
The Manager of Data & Reporting is responsible for managing a team that provides complex data and reporting to better assist management in maximizing resources in various departments or lines of business. Responsible for creating and producing forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc. in order to provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities. This role requires thorough understanding of data analysis and methodology.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Manage a team responsible for reporting and analysis of various data.
Proactively identify areas of opportunity and/or improvement based on trends in the data, and use these insights to inform new products and/or operational improvements.
Ability to build reports and dashboards using Power Pivot (DAX), Alteryx , Power BI, Tableau etc.
Detail oriented, strong organization, prioritization and time management skills
Excels in attention to detail with high levels of accuracy
Develop advance knowledge of industry available tools for information and reporting design
Prepare recommendations to solve ambiguous and complex issues
Ability to adapt and adjust direction to meet business objectives
Manage high visibility projects to identify and resolve issues of strategic importance to the organization. Interface regularly with senior management to produce timely and valuable results.
Conduct complex data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions.
Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements.
Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.
Create and produce forecasts, build budget and staffing models at site and agent level
Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities.
Develop reports and deliverables for upper management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders.
Identify and define data quality improvements. Perform UAT and provide high quality documentation
Experience in Microstrategy (BI)
Create and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources.
Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis.
Create specifications for reports based on business requests.
Identify opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business performance and utilize knowledge of mathematical modeling and other optimization methods to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
Review accuracy of all data, results, and conclusions of the team, coaching team members to reach a high data standards.
Perform other duties as requested.

Intermediate level knowledge of SQL ,Alteryx & Smartsheet
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
Related Work Experience
Data analysis and reporting or related experience – 5+ years

Management or leadership experience – 2+ years
