Senior Marketing Data Analyst

Full-time, 40 hours per week position available, with flexible work hours.

Description of duties

Part of the Marketing Analytics team, the Marketing Data Analyst will apply theoretical and practical training in management sciences, data management, and statistical analysis to specific business intelligence projects and goals. Analyst will manage data transfers to marketing systems, ensure data structures and SQL templates are accurate, provide technical and analytical support for primary industry research. Assume the role of Power Business Intelligence expert, ensuring all systems reflect accurate information and meet current best business intelligence practices. They will also be responsible for developing customer segmentation and personalization modeling and perform additional customer,
campaign, and business analyses as needed to support decision-making in marketing and across the organization.

Education & Experience Requirements
1. Master’s Degree or equivalent in Business Analytics and Project Management, Statistics, or a
similar Master’s level program in quantitative analytics.
2. Experience with Microsoft Azure Machine Learning.
3. Experience developing Power Business Intelligence dashboards.
4. SQL Server Management Studio query development skills (including SSIS)
5. Working knowledge of data warehousing technologies and data mining.
6. Experience developing and productionizing machine learning models using Azure Machine
Learning.
7. Ability to apply advanced analytical methods to develop consumer-centric insights.
8. Ability to interpret large amounts of data and summarize finding impactfully to leadership.
9. An understanding of marketing principles necessary for analysis.
10. Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
11. Ability to work independently and as a team member.
12. Ability to organize and complete multiple projects simultaneously.
13. Ability to meet deadlines within established expectations.
