Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Technical Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Preparing Business Requirement Document, wireframes and Requirement Traceability Matrix.
- Determine scope of project and precisely define the requirement, follow through with any clarifications necessary during the course of the project.
- Ensure timely delivery in accordance to scope of project, avoid any scope creep and determine if a change request is necessary
- Prepare client proposals functional and technical as per scope and have the proposal approved
- Conduct demonstration of milestones and complete deliverables when necessary and obtain a sign off of project delivery.
- Evaluating business processes of clients, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing technical solutions.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and propose modernisation of client systems.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts to Internal team.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports, prepare Minutes of meeting and follow through on action items after every meeting.
- Working closely with clients, developers, and managerial staff.
- Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.
- Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a repository of techno functional documentation from various stakeholders
- Serving as a liaison between clients and internal team.
- Help in team recruitment and internal business strategy planning
- Develop a business unit growth plan and provide market research on the opportunities.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Technical Business Analyst Requirements:
- A Masters Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, and an accredited qualification in Management Consultancy, or similar.
- Extensive experience in technical business analysis in a related industry.
- Advanced knowledge of current programming trends and system integration solutions.
- Ability to facilitate internal end-user proficiency.
- Ability to design and maintain efficient customer portal support and feedback channels.
- Ensuring optimal system functionality via integrated diagnostics.
- Advanced knowledge of data security and encryption.
- Ability to keep up with IT advancements.
- Exceptional communication skills toward facilitating the use of new software systems.
- Knowledge of relevant licensing and industry compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
