We are looking for a Senior Manager to join the Growth function within the Provider Operations department. The Provider Operations team’s mission is to build, retain, and empower the most diverse, high-quality provider community to drive member delight and clinical outcomes. The Growth organization is responsible for recruiting and engaging this provider community to offer our members access to mental healthcare. This person will lead strategic projects and the analytics roadmap across Growth, and will report to the Director of Provider Growth.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead strategic initiatives to scale provider capacity, including our in-person care expansion plan, in close partnership with leadership
- Deploy as a thought partner to the leaders of the other Growth teams (Recruiting, Engagement, and Referral Concierge) for both strategic decision-making and analytics
- Partner closely with Data Science, BI, Product, and Engineering teams on the roadmap to improve the data, reporting, and analytics that are critical to our Growth agenda
- Drive high-priority business operations responsibilities for Growth, including supporting the Director of Growth in facilitating monthly business reviews
What we expect from you:
- 7+ years of experience in a high-growth start-up environment or management consulting
- Data-driven, analytical, and operational in nature (proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets a must)
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to manage and influence cross-functional teams
- Creative, collaborative, sharp, humble, and goal-oriented
The target salary range for this position is $105,000-137,000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
