Analyst / Sr. Analyst – Directorate of Admissions and Outreach, SRM IST
Role – The candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and providing insights with objectives to improve outcomes for the Directorate of Admissions and promote student engagement & satisfaction
Responsibilities –
– Analyze data related to domestic admissions and provide insights to support admissions, outreach and communication strategies
– Analyze data on student applications, admissions, and enrolment to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
– Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor admissions metrics and provide regular updates to key stakeholders
– Support the Directorate of Communications with insights into content creation and digital campaigns
– Monitor and evaluate digital outreach campaigns and provide insights to support the Directorate of Communications
– Provide insights and recommendations that ensures better student engagement and satisfaction
– Work closely with institutional heads and admission POCs to optimize the processes and operations of the Directorate
– Adhere to the processes of the Directorate and ensure compliance with appropriate data standards
Requirements –
– Bachelor’s degree in any field. Master’s degree shall be preferred
– Experience: 0-5 years
– Proficiency with MS Office and G – suite
– Strong analytical, planning and organizing skills
– Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
