What you’ll be doing:
- Work closely with Client Services team to ensure business & vendor needs around measurement & reporting are captured & reflected in standardized measurement & reporting templates
- Translate campaign data and measurement into clear insights and actionable solutions for business and vendor partners
- Design vendor specific reporting dashboards, customizing and troubleshooting when needed
- Answer all vendor questions around measurement & reporting
- Regularly validate all measurement & campaign performance across the Staples Media Network
- Support SMN Analytics Lead with the development & execution of the measurement roadmap
- Collaborate with Data Scientists and Engineers to design and create new analytical models, measurement pipelines, and visualization dashboards & tools
- Execute new strategies, opportunities, and innovation for broader Staples Media Network business
What you bring to the table:
- Understanding of retail media: programmatic, managed service, on/offsite, in store – and associated reporting and analytic models
- Experience working with Tableau, SQL, SAS, R, Python, and similar tools preferred
- Proven experience presenting analytical insights and answering technical/analytical questions
- Strong strategic and critical thinking skills; strong bias towards data-based decision making with the ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans
- Excellent decision-making, project management, and communication skills
- Strong conceptual skills and ability to translate theoretical concepts into analytical or research methodologies and tools
- Understand and adhere to the principles of data quality management, Agile, data privacy and modern marketing best practices
Qualifications :

- 1-2 years of professional experience in an analytics role

- BA/BS in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data science, analytics, or another related field
