BWC is currently operating under a hybrid schedule that can incorporate both teleworking and in-office hours. Employees may be required to report to the office when requested by management &/or for their initial job training.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving as a liaison to CAM in execution of scheduled releases;
- Facilitate meetings with CAM, Business Leads or Technical Leads on all projects and facilitate discussions, identify issues and assist BPAs in their preparation of Business and Technical reports;
- Supporting the Manager and the Director of HPPSSU in managing the relationship and communication with CAM;
- Scheduling on-site meetings with CAM and MCOs while also coordinating the meeting agenda, facilitating the meeting, documenting the discussions and handling any follow-up items with CAM and or Business areas, as necessary;
- Learning all functions of a BPAII in regard to CAM operations (including interfaces with BWC IT, MCOs and other vendors);
- Managing BWC staff security requests;
- Acting as a back up to other BPAII’s and handling all functions relating to CAM and BWC;
- Utilizing your skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, OUTLOOK, CAM, and other similar applications;
- Researching and documenting findings and presenting them effectively to internal and external audiences;
- Quickly adapting to changing priorities, multiple projects/assignments, short deadlines, and newly discovered production issues;
- Assisting lower level BPAs with handling issues and helping them move forward with their assigned projects in a timely manner while collaborating with the Business throughout the process.

Qualifications
Required Experience and/or Education:
- Completion of undergraduate core program in computer science, information systems, or business administration; 36 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures, working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies and leading modification or creation of new systems for implementation of information technology solutions.
- Or completion of associate core program in computer science, information systems, or business administration; 42 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures, working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies and leading modification or creation of new systems for implementation of information technology solutions.
- Or 60 mos. combined work experience in any combination of the following: creating and coordinating technical and business requirements for processes, projects and procedures, working with business users and technical staff to develop strategies and leading modification or creation of new systems for implementation of information technology solutions.
- Or equivalent of minimum class qualifications for employment noted above.
Necessary Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge of: budgeting; accounting; management; public relations*; human relations*; BWC policies & procedures, rules & statutes *; EDI*; MIIS*,* R&P*, Data Warehouse*, PEACH, BWC Web Applications*; HPP (e.g. benefits program);* systems supporting HPP &/or interfacing with those supporting HPP*, BWC system change request process
Skill in: operating personal computer; claims & medical bill processing; use of Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook), SharePoint, WebMethods Designer, Data Warehouse.
Ability to: communicate verbally & in writing in a clear & concise manner (e.g. document results of research & analysis); deal with some abstract but mostly concrete variables; use statistical analysis; prepare meaningful, concise & accurate reports; use proper research methods in gathering data; prepare & deliver speeches before specialized audiences & general public; respond verbally & in writing to sensitive issues & inquiries related to medical programs; gather, collate & classify information about data, people or things; cooperate with co-workers on group projects.

BWC OCSEA Selection Rights:
This position shall be filled in accordance with the provisions of the OCSEA Collective Bargaining Agreement. BWC bargaining unit members have selection rights before non-bargaining unit members. Salary Information:
Unless required by legislation or union contract, candidates will start at lowest rate of the salary range associated with this position.
