Job Location: Sumter, SC

Job Detail:

Participates in the analysis, design, implementation, and modification of computer systems for the College; Develops documentation for the systems; Assists with obtaining requirements and designing customized reports for the college functional areas; assists with data analysis and reporting activities. Assists with obtaining requirements and designing customized reports for the college functional areas. Assists with the analysis, design, implementation, documentation, and modification of computer systems and special projects based on internal and external user information needs and database requirements. Provides technical support in the Banner administrative system and related products and systems, including contact with vendors for software package support and problem resolution. Develops and documents processes to integrate new applications with Banner Administrative system. Assists with testing upgrades on database management and related systems.

A high school diploma and experience in computer system development and modification. A bachelor’s degree in a related area may be substituted for the required work experience.
