Who we are looking for

People who are interested in bringing and growing their data analytic, business, and technology skills to join our Global End-User Digital Experience team in charting a journey to transform and modernize the desktop, productivity, and collaboration technology and productivity tools that underly everyone’s work and collaboration. While not a technical role, we are seeking people with a strong interest and familiarity with user-facing technology, coupled with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical to our business users, and take insight into technical concepts.

This role can be performed in a semi-hybrid model, where you can balance work in our Quincy, MA office most days of the week with some days remote.


What you will be responsible for

Your primary focus will be in to collect and analyzing large amounts of data from various sources providing timely, accurate, and insightful information to help facilitate continues improvements around the mobile, desktop, and application end-user experiences. You will also play a key role in developing coherent presentations and other communications to facilitate management decision making, and clearly document key decisions in the review and challenge process. As a member of the Global End-User Digital Experience team, you will be involved in piloting some of the latest cloud-based technologies.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • The successful candidate is an energetic, driven, team player who works collaboratively and demonstrates the self-confidence, intellectual prowess, and credibility to represent the team.
  • Pursing a B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
