Who we are looking for
Master Data Management (MDM) is looking for a skilled data/business analyst to execute data strategy recommendations and successfully manage enterprise-wide implementations of the MDM data domains. The candidate will have detailed experience with data analysis and analytical tools to support business analysis and help drive technology development and business implementations. The ideal candidate should also have the foundational knowledge of financial services, and master data as well as detailed knowledge of data management, data governance, data modeling and data quality.
What you will be responsible for
As a Data / Business Analyst, you will
- Support the design, implementation and documentation of initiatives related to the creation of master data sets supporting the global enterprise
- Assist in the coordination of efforts across the business, application owners, MDM, IT, and other stakeholders to align efforts required to meet the target state
- Utilize data analytics and visualization tools to gather, process and report on data across complex, multi-dimensional relationships
- Support the development lifecycle and ensure sure target dates are met and delays are documented and escalated as required
- Develop a solid understanding of MDM principles from an SSC perspective and the data domains that reside in MDM for enterprise consumption; become an advocate for enterprise use
- Acting as an analyst, successfully complete data analysis, data mapping and data modeling activities to support the implementation plan timeline
- Assist in the coordination of project communications, enhancements, risks, and issues resolution

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of proven experience with data or project support/management roles
Additional requirements
- Knowledge of Financial markets, Reference data and/or Legal Entity data is a plus.
- Prior work experience in a financial company is a plus.
