Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
Duties :
– You will be a part of the Client Link Data Management team, managing the client database. You’ll help analyze, design and work with data engineers to develop ETL’s (extract, transform, and load), data clean up and data quality processes for the data set.
– You will primarily work on validating raw data quality and transforming the data using SQL andor MS Excel, loading the transformed data to an SQL server using manual uploads andor SSIS, performing quality checks on the data, and suggesting data quality improvements.
– Additionally, you will work with the Program Manager and stakeholders to develop data management processes to maintain data quality.
– The project includes cleaning up the existing data set, reconciling contacts and organizations against internal and external sources, deciding on the right data and creating ongoing processes to ensure the data quality remains high.
Skills :
– Experience in field of business intelligence, ETL andor data analysis domains
– Excellent excel knowledge required, SQL strongly preferred.
– Background in data quality or data management required.
– Interest in product management preferred. JIRA experience required.
– Excellent time management skills (on time, within estimated workload, according to scope, and with flexibility when required).
– Excellent communication skills in English.
– Strong interpersonal skills (assertiveness, not afraid to challenge constructively, fast learner, client oriented, respect of commitments, etc.).
– Ability to act autonomously, bring structure and organization to work.
– Good analytical and conceptual problem solving skills.
– Understanding of basic financial and business terminology.
– Creativity and action-oriented mindset.
