Must have skills:

• The candidate will lead design, development, and implementation of Data Science and Data Engineering, Machine Learning, AI, deep learning, NLP, solutions
• Essential to have working experience in the field of Text Analytics
• This position will also lead and mentor data scientists in the AI-ML functions
• Develop (should be hands-on), lead, and integrate emerging Data Science and Data Engineering/ML/AI/NLP / solutions and be conversant with latest developments across the entire technology stack.
• Will be involved in algorithm integration, algorithm improvement, and visualization and evaluation
• Should be updated and passionate about AI ML technology industry trends like AutoML, XAI and should able to pick them to demonstrate art of possible
• Should be aware of End to End ML pipeline from development to deployment. Should be aware of tools used for MLOps.
• Evaluate custom solutions through prototyping, POCs and quantitative metrics
• Recommend & implement process improvements for increased team productivity
• A spirited and entrepreneurial approach for high-paced, high-quality work on development of AI ML assets
• Should be able to work with various SME to find right business use cases for AI ML
• Will be involved in providing day-to-day direction, oversee team and guide them
• Collaborate with an experienced technical team that have varied technical backgrounds

Good to have skills

• Lead and manage the delivery assets, complying with all NFRs.
• Should seek to build reusable ML components with end to end pipeline
• Aware of various of cloud based ML solutions by leading providers like GCP, Azure, AWS
• Should be able to provide architecture blueprint for ML solutions
