Utilizing the principles of the Indian government’s National Education Policy of 2020 through an Intelligent Tutoring System (ITS), Studily uses the Flipped Learning Model to create a student-centric tool that applies artificial intelligence technology to prepare today’s schooling system for tomorrow’s Education Revolution.
About the Role
Studily is looking for a Curriculum Developers – Science, Maths, Social Studies, English & Hindi in its Knowledge Team. As a Curriculum Developer, you’ll make high quality lessons and self-learning materials in various formats such as video, concept notes, assessments, tests & practice questions etc. for K-12 school curriculum (CBSE).
You’ll play a key role in bringing innovation and creativity in approach to make learning and teaching simple. So, if you are student-centric and driven to change the way we look at education, then we’d love to talk to you!
- Complete ownership Have the freedom to design and manage a process for content development. Be responsible for understanding students’ needs and create high quality content to meet their students.

How You’ll Ramp
- Understand studily’s journey, its values and mission.
- Spend time with the Knowledge, Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to get up-to-speed on Studily’s offering, its competition, and future outlook.
- Define the objectives and key results (OKRs) that Studily’s knowledge strategy must achieve. Coordinate with team and manage the roadmap for content development.
- Collect students’ feedback, understand their learning needs, and develop content to fulfil their learning needs.
- Manage freelancerson-boarding, task allocation, review and their payment cycle.
- Dig deeper and pick a project that matters to Studily’s and its success. Watch your work make an impact beyond your domain.
- Define metrics and analyze data to measure engagement levels and performance of students on the content.
- Nurture your team to move to the next level.
Key Qualifications
- PhD/Masters/Bachelors in respective subjects or Engineering / Medical / relevant degree with strong subject knowledge.
- Pedagogy expert in either of one of the subjects. Ability to explain complex concepts in simple ways.
