Role Summary
Associate Test Analyst with 2-5 years total exp having the below mentioned skill set:
College graduate degree from a reputed institute
Strong academic background & Good communication skills.
Good reasoning and analytical skills
Should have basic knowledge of web testing, mainframe knowledge(preferred)
Should have conceptual understanding of Testing Methodologies required
Can identify test plans, objectives, major activities, and specific deliverables associated with testing.
Is familiar with different methods, tools, and techniques used to accomplish test objectives.
Is familiar with internal and best practices for test case design.
Good reasoning and analytical skills
Technical/Business/Quality Certification: CSTE,ISTQB, CMMI,LOMA-Desirable
Worked as Lead/SPOC the Customer Interface
Has created test plans, specifying deliverables to meet test objectives and activities to produce test deliverables for small projects and/or provided input to the preparation of test plans for larger projects (projects involving more than one product line, application or data repository).
Follows processes on obtaining test plan reviews, approvals and sign offs.
Has provided input on estimates for the duration of activities, and resources needed to execute the test plan.
- Is able to define the assumptions that must exist for testing to be comprehensive and on-schedule.
Has established success criteria, acceptance criteria, entrance/exit criteria that must be met or validated to make key decisions or to move to the next level of testing or production.
- Has developed or adapted the approach to be used for test design and execution for small and/or simple projects.
Has documented test design requirements, including purpose, preparation, and usage.
Has developed test cases and scripts, including the techniques and approaches to be used for validation of the product.

Provides regular status updates to Test Lead or Project Manager including any known issues or test concerns.
Provides input or completes Test Report.
Maintains clear communication with Test Lead.
Able to work flexible hours and weekends as required.
Participates in lessons learned.

Minimum Qualification
3-5 years of Overall IT experience.
