Title: Business Support Analyst

Job Purpose Statement
The Business Support Analyst is responsible for supporting the work of the Governance and Business Operations team. Although the primary focus will be on data collation, analysis and reporting, the role is required to perform wider tasks to support the management operation of the Recovery Services business. These include departmental meeting arrangements and logistics, preparation of departmental and customer communications and coordinating employee engagement activities (like annual awards and fun events). In addition, the role will support the Recovery Services business success by assisting with the administration of cost models, service pricing and development of Sales enablement materials.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data gathering from Primary/secondary source, data Mining, Analyzing and Cleaning Data, Pinpointing Trends and Patterns, Creating Reports with Clear Visualizations, Maintaining Databases and Data Systems
2. Collate and report on Customer Pain Points and feedback themes, to drive customer experience improvements
3. Prepare and distribute business documents, reports & presentations, including Executive level content
4. Assist with the preparation of customer facing communications such as broadcast emails, user collateral and PowerPoint content
5. Develop productive working relationships with internal and external departments to coordinate departmental business functions like training plans, roster reporting and open position tracking
6. Arrange departmental meetings and workshops as required, assist with the development of agendas, content and maintain meeting minutes
7. Coordinate Employee Engagement activities to help maintain a positive working culture
8. Work supportively with colleagues, operating in a collegiate manner at all times and in line with the Company’s values.
9. Support the wider Governance departmental function by assisting with request processing, maintaining product cost and staff workload models, document templates, Sales enablement materials and other tasks as needed
