Associate Manager’ in this role get to:
Keep Sutherland aligned:Understand the dynamics of the business & Client market landscape to derive insights / analysis ideas that will help business go multifold.
Strengthen relationships: Have Good exposure to Robotic process automation (RPA) thru planning, executing projects that yielded dollar saving to the Client. We are a group of dynamic and driven individuals.
Take the lead:Ensure business requirements are clearly and completely documented in pre-agreed formats and signed off by business users & translated to technical specifications
Shape workplace culture: Engage with client in interactive requirement gathering session demonstrating domain and solution knowledge and industry best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
To succeed in this position, you must have:
- Any graduation or a related technical field
- Professional certificate in Business Analysis/Technology/ECommerce preferred
- Excellent Tableau, Excel – excel-VBA, Macros & formulas, Basic of Power BI
- Experience on Requirement Gathering, GAP Analysis, Requirements Solutioning and Design
- Technology/Telecom/ECommerce domain experience
- Strong consulting and customer facing skills
- -Skills sets of data analyst -Tableau not a developer, slice and dice, create diff views within tab, create dashboards, very good excel skills, create dashboard in excel-VBA, Macros & formulas analyse data, power bi, different types of graphs and charts, explain gaps in performance etc |understanding and interpreting the data
