Purpose
Support the financial operations team in driving a best-in-class process, managing process implementation and oversight, supporting the monthly business review meeting process as well as quarterly/annual business plans, analyzing ongoing financial modeling for areas of improvement, as well as ad hoc responsibilities as needed.
Key Accountabilities
- Utilization tracking including support of quarterly staffing process
- Support finance manager to provide ongoing financial support to Client Management and Operations teams
- Help drive financial accountability within agency in regards to timely billing and collections
- Assist with ongoing training of agency partners on best financial practices
- Partner with accounting and central finance on billing initiatives
- Provide support to agency teams with billing challenges through billing worksheet meetings and other channels
- Distribute and assist with interpretation of key financial reports to all offices and communicate actions needed
- Relationship building, including influencing and rapport skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Special projects as assigned with an emphasis on attention to detail
Qualifications

Other Requirements
- 5+ years working in a financial or business operations capacity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, in particular Excel
- Knowledge of Advertising industry, helpful
- Exceptional Interpersonal skills, a collaborative style and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work effectively within time constraints
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to lead complex projects through to an end point
- Able to communicate effectively and lead others through change and new strategic initiatives
- An individual who seizes opportunities and takes initiative as appropriate
