Get an excellent opportunity to work on ML techniques for graph neural networks, especially for EDA problems.

Work location – Noida

Study newest papers on AI-for-EDA and provide research inputs appropriately. In particular, enhance existing placement & routing algorithms for large-scale graphs and solving them with GNN’s.

Specific Types of Machine Learning Techniques: Support Vector Machines, Statistical Machine Learning, Bayesian Learning, Neural Networks (Convolutional: CNN, Recurrent RNN, Graph: GNN), Attention-based NNs, Reinforcement Learning, Feature Engineering, Embedding Techniques (Text and Word Embeddings, Vector Embeddings, word2vec, Code2vec).

Application Domains of ML: Natural Language Processing (NLP), Text-based NLP, Emotion- or Accent-detection in language, Vision-based (Image segmentation, classification, scene analysis), Recommendation Engines, Autonomous and Self-Driving Techniques in Robotics, Planning in Search, Semantic Engines.

Software Skills for AI:

Knowledge of Python or R, Numpy/Pandas, Graph Libraries, Tensorflow, OpenCV, Pytorch, Scikit, NLTK, scipy, spacy, pyspark, fasttext.

Basic knowledge of cloud techniques, solid foundation in ML technology, mathematically strong in statistics and foundations of AI and statistical machine learning. Should understand neural networks.

Desired Experience:

Operating systems, IO/Memory/Compute subsystems, databases, scheduling, virtualization, networking, security, containerization

Research/Development experience in one or more:

Combinatorial optimization problems (e.g., scheduling, vehicle routing, image analysis, language processing).

Continuous and discrete optimization problems (e.g., linear programming, convex programming, non-convex programming).

Predictive analytics (e.g., forecasting, time-series, neural networks)

Prescriptive analytics (e.g., stochastic optimization, bandits, reinforcement learning).
