Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

You should be good at Advanced Excel, Advanced PPT, Python, Sql, VBA, Tableau, Power BI

Comfortable with Shift Timings

12:00p.m -9:00p.m

5:00p.m -2:00am.

8:00a.m โ€“ 5:00p.m

The Associates provides support to multiple medium to large scale internal and external
clients by conducting employee engagement & other products surveys using’s/w & tools to collect data and help them increase employee engagement levels by providing client with extensive analysis, reporting and insights that enables client to influence employee behavior and business results. Also provide email or helpdesk support (non-technical) using internal tools.

The process involves data collection, analysis of data, report generation and preparing
the action plans for improving employee engagement and well-being that directly
correlates to positive and tangible business outcomes.

  • Responsible for flawless project delivery. Ensures quality control of alldeliverables by ensuring adherence to process for survey including, but notlimited to survey & reporting set-up.
  • Mandatory night shifts but should be Open to work in any shift timings
  • Takes ownership of the client project / relevant deliverables.
  • Responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and updating all / relevant key project

documents throughout the project lifecycle in the specified format as applicable (e.g. timeline, checklists, requirement documents).

  • Identifies, communicates, and resolves project issues and changes (including

impact to timing)

  • Operates independently with Strong domain knowledge (understanding of Primary/Secondary Research, survey methodology and client products).
  • Problem solving skills and time management skills.
  • Support consulting assignments (including interfacing with external clients)
  • Responsible for stakeholder communication (including project

communication, documentation, query resolution, risk documentation etc.)

  • Intermediate analytical & Programming skills to create insights from data using

statistical tools

  • Identifies new processes and initiatives that help the client/department

accomplish its goals.

  • Should be able to multi-task in order to ensure timely completion of activities
  • Manage/track stakeholder queries via email with support from

seniors/mentors if required

  • Troubleshoot technical issues, log issues and work to identify solutions or

workarounds. Find and advocate for software and process improvements.

  • Participate in testing of new features and technology releases as needed

Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

  • Proficient in MS Excel text functions (CONCATENATE, TRIM), math functions

(CEILING, RANDBETWEEN,), statistical functions (COUNTA, COUNTIF),
information functions (ISBLANK, ISERROR), multiple Lookups, pivot tables and
creating charts

  • Good understanding in Programming tools/languages like HTML and CSS.
Knowledge of SQL and VBA is a preferred.

  • Aptitude for data, information, business intelligence, analysis and reporting.
  • Is comfortable working with, interpreting, and summarizing small-to-medium-

sized data sets including, but not limited to: paper distribution sheets, HRIS files, response rates.

  • Understands participants and survey management
  • Knowledge of Statistic functions like mean, median, mode and correlation
  • Effective Business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent

with English language. Should be able to coherently and confidently communicate thoughts and ideas verbally, non-verbally and in writing

  • Usage of features like Slide orientation, Transition and timing, PDF conversion and Backgrounds and layouts in MS PowerPoint
  • Should be able to format a table, add cover page, adjust margins, convert text

to table and back using MS Word

  • Should be flexible, keen on taking initiatives, accountable, have a collaborative

approach with fellow colleagues, self-motivator and leadership qualities

  • Ability to work effectively with teams and individually with minimal supervision.
  • Openness for learning new skills and software

Works with: Small to large project teams (both onshore and offshore) and extensive interaction with internal and/or external clients

Additional: As this will be work from home arrangement, candidates is expected to make sure:

  • To have high speed internet/broadband connectivity with high data usages
  • Uninterrupted access to mobile phone during shift hours
  • Uninterrupted power backup to manage shift hours
  • Conducive place to take calls
