Role overview:
The Associates provides support to multiple medium to large scale internal and external
clients by conducting employee engagement & other products surveys using
s/w & tools to collect data and help them increase employee engagement levels by
providing client with extensive analysis, reporting and insights that enables client to
influence employee behavior and business results.
the action plans for improving employee engagement and well-being that directly
correlates to positive and tangible business outcomes.
Takes ownership of the client project / relevant deliverables.
Responsible for maintaining, reviewing, and updating all / relevant key project
documents throughout the project lifecycle in the specified format as applicable (e.g. timeline, checklists, requirement documents).
Identifies, communicates, and resolves project issues and changes (including
impact to timing)
Operates independently with Strong domain knowledge (understanding of Primary/Secondary Research, survey methodology and client products).
Problem solving skills and time management skills.
Contributes to training and capability development for Jr. Analyst in collaboration (classroom trainings, training material development etc.)
Support consulting assignments (including interfacing with external clients)
Responsible for stakeholder management (including project communication,
documentation, query resolution, risk documentation etc.)
Intermediate analytical & Programming skills to create insights from data using
statistical tools
Identifies new processes and initiatives that help the client/department accomplish its goals.

Should be able to multi-task to ensure timely completion of activities
Manage/track stakeholder queries via email with support from seniors/mentors if required
Troubleshoot technical issues, log issues and work to identify solutions or workarounds. Find and advocate for software and process improvements.
Participate in testing of new features and technology releases as needed
Skills & Knowledge
Requirements:
Proficient in MS Excel text functions (CONCATENATE, TRIM), math functions
Good understanding in Programming tools/languages like HTML and CSS.Knowledge of SQL and VBA is a preferred.
Aptitude for data, information, business intelligence, analysis, and reporting.
Is comfortable working with, interpreting, and summarizing small-to-medium-sized data sets including, but not limited to: paper distribution sheets, HRIS files, response rates.
Understands participants and survey management
Knowledge of Statistic functions like mean, median, mode and correlation
Business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent with
English language. Should be able to communicate thoughts and ideas verbally coherently and confidently, non-verbally and in writing
Usage of features like Slide orientation, Transition and timing, PDF conversion and Backgrounds and layouts in MS PowerPoint
Should be able to format a table, add cover page, adjust margins, convert text to table and back using MS Word
Should be flexible, keen on taking initiatives, accountable, have a collaborative
approach with fellow colleagues, self-motivator, and leadership qualities
Ability to work effectively with teams and individually with minimal supervision.
