Your OpportunityThe Business Identity and Consumer Products Business Unit at Navitor relies heavily on technology to market and sell our products. Our customers rely on our technology to grow their business by leveraging our E-commerce solutions to sell print and gain access to our manufacturing capabilities.
The Associate Business Analyst is an integral member of the Distributor E-commerce team and is responsible for analyzing existing processes, developing requirements, and ensuring that enhancements are successfully implemented. Additionally, this individual will help drive and participate in the ongoing development, enhancement, and support of our various E-commerce websites and technologies.
Responsibilities Include
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
- Performing requirements analysis.
- Utilization of Google Analytics and customer feedback to identify and understand the needs and/or requirements of clients, as well as the business.
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management at all levels within the organization. This includes on-site teams, off-site teams and/or remote workers.
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
- Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- Performing user acceptance testing.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures.
- Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
- Managing competing resources and priorities.
- Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.
You Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related area or 2+ years of related experience.
- Ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels within the organization. This includes on-site teams, off-site teams and/or remote workers.
- Strong computer and web skills with an ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (intermediate to expert level in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams, and Visio).
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Effective project and time management skills.
- Experience utilizing Google Analytics and a solid understanding of data analysis.
- Build and maintain a good working relationship with team members, other areas of the business, vendors, and clients.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and independent decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet regular deadlines.
- A high degree of energy, initiative, and self-motivation.
