Providence is calling an Associate TCS Template Healthcare Data Analyst to focus on the overall Trizetto Communication Systems (TCS) template management.
- Activities for this position would include creating and updating TCS templates, as well as coordinating with the TCS team and other departments within the organization. This position requires excellent communication and project management skills with an attention to detail. Essential to this position is maintaining a working knowledge of other interfaced data and information systems used in the Health Plan (e.g. Facets, EAM, CAE, etc.) and a strong understanding of business operations and how they are best accomplished leveraging IS applications. This position will support strategic coding configuration to ensure operational efficiency gains are realized in letter workflow for Operations teams.

Primary Responsibilities
- Under close supervision, analyze healthcare data on a book of business
- Provides essential data support and coordination activities for various business critical analysis and reporting needs
- Develop processes, write programs and/or create databases using analytic tools to produce accurate and timely completion of analytic solutions
- Assists in identifying issues or problems in carrying out performance measurement initiative protocols and recommends changes to streamline and improve the quality of data management and collection
- Partner with peers to establish, evaluate, and continually improve measurement methodologies, while adhering to nationally accepted analytic and reporting standards.
- Facilitates routine and ad-hoc information requests by running pre-programmed SQL scripts and macros and by creating queries/reports through the appropriate programs
Required Qualifications For This Position Include
- Bachelor’s Degree i n a highly quantitative field (e.g. statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, economics, engineering/physics, accounting, or computer science) and a minimum of 3 years of related experience -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
Preferred Qualifications For This Position Include
- Trizetto Communication Systems (TCS) experience
- SQL experience
- Facets experience
- Healthcare organization health insurer experience
Salary Range by location:
Washington (Puget Sound) / Oregon (Portland)
Min: $29.58 , Max: $47.77
Oregon (Hood River, Medford, Seaside)
Min: $27.58 , Max: $44.53
