Responsibilities
The Production Analyst is responsible for formatting large, complex documents in accordance within government-mandated requirements, ensuring visual consistency and accuracy. The Production Analyst will coordinate all aspects of proposal production, from building templates to assembling and delivering the final product, including binding material and supplemental electronic elements, ensuring that all resources strictly adhere to the rules and regulations prescribed by the requesting governing body. The Production Analyst will follow and enforce brand standards, departmental best practices, and state requirements.
Core Responsibilities Of The Production Analyst Include
- Reviewing project specifications to capture formatting, production, and deliverable requirements.
- Creating and applying templates related to business documents through customized Microsoft Word styles.
- Collaborating with the Proposal Management team to determine schedules and required ancillary documents.
- Collaborating with the Creative Services team to design tabs and covers for business documents.
- Facilitating the graphics request process through SharePoint ensuring properly designed graphics are added to source documents.
- Supporting enforcement of corporate branding, and document standards.
- Working with internal stakeholders to produce hardcopy draft documents for the review processes and final production.
- Creating electronic copies of proposal documents for submission, including redacted versions.
- Implementing plans for printing, assembly, and delivery of business documents, including coordinating supply orders.
Education/ Experience
- BA in English, Journalism, Communication, or related field encouraged, but not required. An equivalent combination of technical training and/or experience is acceptable.
- At least 1 to 3 years of professional experience as a production analyst or similar role.
Skill Preferred For The Production Analyst Includes
- Detail-oriented with ability to spot minor anomalies and differences.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook, versions 2013 and 2016.
- Experience with Microsoft Word including the creation of templated documents.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines on concurrent projects.
- Experience adhering to corporate brands and styles.
