Reports to: Business Intelligence Manager

Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA office 2-3 days a week OR Remote #LIRemote
Annual Bonus Potential: 6%
- Partner with operations and analytics teams to translate business needs into technical requirements, specifically around reporting and data solutions.
- Manage the project lifecycle – gather requirements, create development tasks, create testing criteria, and review reports for accuracy and visual excellence.
- Research issues and feature requests, taking direct control of serious high priority issues.
- Work closely with Data Engineering team and provide SQL for new data sources to incorporate into UAP platform.
- Build Power BI dashboards using a variety of data sources, but primarily Dynamics NAV, SAP, Excel and Databricks.
- Serve as a knowledge expert for junior analysts, working with them to eliminate any barriers that prevent high quality work being completed on time.
- Guide the team to be on the forefront of visualizations in the Microsoft ecosystem, staying up to date on PowerBI and Azure releases and communicating clever ways to improve current processes.
- Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are always followed, advising your immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues.
- Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years of Data Analyst or Business Analyst experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Power-user in Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, Power Query).
- Demonstrated success developing complex automated Business Intelligence solutions using PowerBI
- 4+ years of SQL experience
- 2+ years of experience with database structures such as Microsoft SQL, Oracle, Teradata, or MySQL
- 2+ years interacting with or creating ETLs
- Experience with Databricks, Python, R is a plus
- Great with PowerPoint, building professional, on-brand presentations.
- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends for special assignments.
