-Looking at ML/Ops Platform support
Description:
• Define and drive industry best practices for the ML Ops and Python.
• Perform incidents analysis routed by help desk across Sage maker, Python, S3, Snowflake.
• Security user addition, attend to report failures, refreshing Tableau extracts.
• Support code deployment from dev, test to prod.
• Support performance monitoring & integration tasks during optimize phase.
• Monitor loading jobs, queries and reports for performance breaches & issues.
• Weekly reporting of incidents handled, issues, fixes, work arounds
