Job Location: Bangalore/Bengaluru
- Identifies and establishes scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis to define project impact, outcome criteria, and metrics.
Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards. Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
- Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders. Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Conducts meetings to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
- 1. The bridge between the client and Development team.
a. Ensure questions from either side are clarified
b. Ensure proper information/status flow
2. Present status report to the client on a more frequent (daily or multiples times a week) basis
3. Represent/translate client needs to offshore team
4. Understand client expectations and Co-ordinate with offshore team and ensuring things are done as per client expectations.
- Extensive analytical skills are necessary to properly interpret a customer s business needs and translate them into functional specifications. Problem-solving and decision-making skills are also needed to consult both stakeholders and developers and to make swift decisions on issues and features as the situation requires.
- Ability to find solutions to challenges coupled with a willingness to do what is necessary in order to ensure timeliness and make sure that goals are met. Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team. Collaborates with project sponsors to determine project scope and vision.
- Good judgment, strong organization skills, decisiveness cum good written communication skills.

- Ability to work in agile delivery model, experience in articulating user stores with clear definition of acceptance criterias
- Product experience, especially SaaS model
- Digital technologies exposure
