Job Location: Mumbai
Role and Responsibilities:
- At least 5 years of work experience as a data analyst or in related field
- Minimum 3 years exp in writing SQL queries / procedures / Views / Functions and database objects.
- Work with business users to understand reporting and data needs
- Rationalise reporting and data needs to avoid data duplication and consistency
- Build business glossary with the help of business users and technology stakeholders
- Build source to target mapping with help of business and technology stakeholders
- Perform gap analysis on data provisioned in data lake vs reporting needs
- Evaluating changes and updates to source production systems and its impact on data lake and reporting
- Training end users on new reports and dashboards
- Processing confidential data and information according to guidelines
- Helping develop reports and analysis
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources, security, and metadata.
- Supporting the data warehouse in identifying and revising reporting requirements.
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college in computer science
- Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
- Candidate shall have expertise in NBFC business and terms
- Knowledge of FINNONE, Bancs, Lending system will be added plus
- Candidate shall be able multi task and manage expectations of stakeholders
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
