Job Resposibilities:
Preparing MIS of hiring, existing and exit employees.
Maintaining & Updating Current Positions for all business by weekly bases.
Tracking day to day offers & joining, updating individual business MIS.
Generating daily, Weekly, Monthly Recruitment Report.
Day to day follow up with offers generation team for quick offers generation.
Maintain Recruitment Inward for YTD Productivity, Status & Cost saving of Recruitment Department.
Location – Wadala
Desired Candidate Profile
Must have exposure of mass data management
Well versed with formulas and advance excel
Must have exposure of macro excel
Salary – 4.50l lacs – 6.00 lacs p.a.
