Role & responsibilities
The Intern will perform analysis and actions to improve our website optimization and backlinks to drive quality traffic. You will partner with stakeholders across the aligned team to optimize key areas of the site while also learn about other SEO aspect to increase our organic presence.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with industry bloggers and website owners to find the backlinks opportunity.
- Use of AI tools for finding keywords opportunity on a regular basis for new content development.
- Conduct Content Quality Audit on Regular basis to improvise traffic generation opportunity with Content Team.
- Keep a Track all keywords to analyze trends and loss of links to reinstate them.
- Monitor daily SEO performance by utilizing various platforms such as Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and SEMRush etc.
- Conduct link audits to identify toxic links and also recommend good websites to gain visibility and engagement.
- Learn and assist in White Hat SEO activities to increase traffic faster.
- Keeping a track of keywords rank and publish weekly summary to stakeholders.
Preferred candidate profile
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A hunger for learning and the ability to perform independent research to solve problems.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization and/or digital marketing is preferred.
