    Job Overview
    TE Connectivity’s Continuous Improvement Teams design and implement programs and projects to improve products, services, or processes aligned with business strategies. They coach teams; establish program performance metrics; and establish process excellence supports.
    Responsibilities:
    Data Science/Data Analysis

    • Responsible for the processing, mining and delivery of data to their customer community through repositories, tools and services
    • Design Summary, Detail and Dashboard reports and management summaries which present data findings in a professional, concise and readable format appropriate for content and audience.
    • Solve ad-hoc requirement of Management related to data for critical decision making
    • Report Management: Researches and prepares statistical reports using data from multiple systems and internal surveys. Consolidates information into cohesive and understandable correspondence or other written form for use in management decision-making
    • Identify and reconcile errors in data to ensure the accuracy of the data before publishing the KPI to stakeholders
    • Creating dashboards, analytics, visualizations, and insights that guide leadership-decision making
    • Analyze quantitative and qualitative business data to develop a solution design capable of fulfilling the customer’s need.
    • Accountable for providing detailed analysis for set of Key Performance Indicators

    Continuous Improvement

    • Process / Continuous Improvement Helping to identify opportunities for Continuous Improvement and lead TEOA for Sales in the Channel Site aligning to central process, developing processes, proposing improvements, etc.
    • Analyze areas of success and identify gaps where additional functions or improvements can be made within reporting and analytics
    • Maintain, administer, and support users on continuous improvement with applications, reports and analytics.

    Business Processes/Project Management/Communication

    • Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solution.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working under tight time constraints.
    • Collaborate & communicate effectively with business and technical sponsors, executives and stakeholders.

    Desired Candidate Profile:

    • 2+ years of experience MS Excel, Access and PowerPoint. (Excel – Pivot tables, Macros, advanced formulas. Access – queries and database management. PowerPoint – Be able to create decks from scratch, modify charts, and import macros)
    • 2+ years of experience performing significant Report Development and Data Analysis
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience in business intelligence and in configuring, designing, building visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and other BI tools (Business Objects, Power BI, SAS Visual Analytics, etc.)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Office 365 & PowerPoint
    • Must have strong analytical skills. Analytical skills are used to identify/evaluate problem situations for improvement opportunities and make recommendations as applicable.
    • Model data in order to create reporting infrastructure/dashboards for business process management and data mining
    • Detail oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills to meet critical deadline
    • Self-motivated, ability to prioritize work and multi-task across many assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
    • Experience with creating ETLs using SSIS and SQL scripts.
    • Excellent hands-on experience with Tableau Dashboard, Tableau Server and understand the data warehouse concepts.
    • Good knowledge on any one of these data analytics tools: R, Python, Alteryx etc
    • Experience on CRM tools like Salesforce.com
    • Exceptional analytical skills; the ability to see patterns and trend in an unstructured data, analysing data with strong statistical, quantitative modelling, and forecasting skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The role requires effective communication with multiple organizations
