About the Job
The Cybersecurity Standards Analyst reports directly to the Cybersecurity Standards Manager and is in charge for Policies, Procedures and Standards definition and documentation at group level.
The Cybersecurity Standards Analyst is involved on both corporate and business project cybersecurity services which involve industrial cybersecurity as well. Working Location – Home Office: Local Operating Center. Site Office: Customer premises, Construction sites for short missions, if required. Hierarchically: reports to Information Security / Cybersecurity Standards Manager. Operationally: same as hierarchically.
Applicable Engineering Project Phases
All project execution phases in the context of greenfields and brownfileds projects, from FEED to Project Hand Over and Operations, if included in the project scope of work.
Key Interactions
- Internally: IDS Ambassadors, Reporting line, all other cybersecurity functions, Chief Compliance Officer, Group Data Protection Officer, Chief Legal Officer, Project discipline leads, all Business Units.
- Externally: Vendors and Customers.
Main Duties / Responsibilities
- Responsible for defining and writing cybersecurity policies, procedures and standards for the corporate and for business projects;
- responsible for a safe, secure, and legal work environment.
In the context of business projects:
- Liaise with engineering, commissioning and startup services;
- Liaise with business project’s customer to gather and interpret the cybersecurity requirements;
- Ensure project’s cybersecurity requirements are correctly reported in the deliverables he or she is responsible for;
- Ensure the customer’s cybersecurity requirements are correctly reported in the deliverables he or she is responsible for.
Skills and Experience
- Qualifications – Computer Science, Information Technology Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Certifications: Not specific certification is required.
Experience
- At least 5-8 years of experience in the IT business at coordination or management level;
- experience in Oil and Gas business is a plus;
- experience in policies and procedure development and organization;
- experience in standards management is a plus.
Technical Skills
- Understanding of IT and OT domains along with their differences.
- knowledge of cybersecurity processes with reference to NIST CSF;
- knowledge of main cybersecurity international standards in the IT and OT space (e.g. IEC 27001, IEC 27002, 62443, IEC 61850, IEC 27019);
- knowledge and practice of standardization and documentation methodologies and techniques.
