In fact, 3D’s decision services play a central and critical role in the evaluating loans throughout the entire loan life cycle.
Data Driven Decisions (3D) is currently searching for highly creative, analytical, and customer-focused candidates to join our Scaled Agile (Modern Delivery) team. A team player who thinks outside the box, brings a fresh perspective and positive energy to the team. Is that you?
What You will be doing
The 3D role will support our Modern Delivery team in a variety of different ways:
• Understanding Customer Needs
o Forging strong partnerships with our customers
o Understanding their business needs
to Documenting those needs in the form of user stories
• Prioritizing & Planning
o Collaborating with our customers to prioritize work
o Planning with our customers and IT partners for each Program Increment (PI)
o Supporting a “full-stack skills” team approach to maximize team productivity
• Modeling & Testing
o Challenging status quo and recommending innovative approaches / solutions to meet business needs
o Grooming and executing user stories that include Decision Modeling, testing, and deploying our enterprise decision solutions
• Implementing Best Practices & Process Improvement
o Collaborating with the business rules community to ensure alignment with best practices and standards for decision modeling, testing and decision services
o Driving ideas for process improvements and automation opportunities within Modern Delivery teams
o Developing and championing strategic objectives across Business Rules
What You will bring along
• 2-5 years of experience of business analysis, test strategy, test execution
• College Degree or equivalent experience or advanced studies/degree
• Growth mindset; willingness to learn, unlearn and relearn different skills
• Ability to deal with change and have open mind adapting to new people, processes, and technology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly collaborative attitude and ability to forge strong partnerships with our customers
Nice to have skills
• Working in scaled agile environment and product management
• Knowledge of business rules
• Knowledge or certification in Decision Modeling
• Understanding of data models and MISMO uniform mortgage data
• Mortgage Industry or Financial experience.
• Able to provide direction to a group of people/ lead a forum
• Leadership experience
