In this role, the individual will be part of the Machine learning Platforms / Data science team.

Job Summary:
- We are looking for passionate Data Scientists to join our team who will support product, leadership, and client teams with insights gained from analyzing data.
- Will work closely with the development team, architects, and the product owner to build efficient data models and manage data model lifecycle leveraging appropriate technology stack
- Must be comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and functional teams.
- Exposure to the use of predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
- At least 1+ year of experience working with global clients and geographically distributed teams
- Strong experience using a variety of data mining/data analysis methods
- Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
- Experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, and MS Excel.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, histograms, statistical tests, etc.) and experience with business applications.
- Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
- Knowledge and experience in statistical and data mining techniques: GLM/Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, text mining, social network analysis, etc.
- Expert at SQL and Python scripting. Strong and agile in data cleansing, transformation, and preparation for data model creation
- A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
- Good eye for detail and value the quality.
- Exposure to polishing the work collaboratively with the team to produce great results for the client.
- Should have worked with at least 1 production deployment for ML models
- Good communication skills and Critical Thinking,
Nice To Have:
- Exposure to the Retail industry
- Knowledge of reporting/analytic techniques and tools like Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Exposure with MLOps.
