The Business Analyst will be responsible for all aspects of the project comprising the entire life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, risk identification control, close). The ideal candidate should have a strong hold on estimation techniques, setting project proposals, system scope, and project objectives, along with the set roles and functions of each team member, to effectively coordinate and manage the activities of the team. The Business Analyst must know how to manage projects of every scale and should know how to improve overall operational efficiency and implement continuous change and improvement and activities to ensure projects meet requirements and to provide a service so strong which is beyond the clients expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Business requirements elicitation- Interacting with internal and external business stakeholders and Subject matter experts (SME) to understand their requirements/needs.
- Conducting peer reviews of business requirements to ensure requirement specifications are correctly interpreted.
- Manage the epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Performing Impact Assessments to validate the Change / Problem statements.
- Manages and tracks the status of every requirement throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with Project teams and stakeholders in prioritizing requirements based on business needs.
- Lead the discussions with the project team to clearly identify results needed to achieve business goals and needs
Required Skils
- The candidate should have worked on requirements gathering, elicitation, and documentation
- Ability to analyze and visualize the given requirement and assess the change needed.
- Good communication skills both oral and written.
- Ability to work in fast-paced agile project development. Must have experience on Agile/Scrum.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- The candidate should have good interpersonal and consultative skills.
- The candidate should have good facilitation skills.
- Identifying opportunities to improvise on various processes and operations involved in running a business/project.
- To be able to present written documentation with suggestions for operational improvements.
Preferred Skills:
1. Certifications in CSPO/PSPO, PMI, PMP, and Scrum Master(CSM/PSM) are preferred.
