Job Title: Junior Business Analyst

Job Description: As a Junior Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and projects. You will work closely with various departments to analyse data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in business analysis and grow within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the collection and analysis of data to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and objectives.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to the development of project plans.
- Support the development and maintenance of business analysis tools and templates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL or other database query languages is an advantage.
